If you have a "change of mind" on a purchase, we are happy to exchange the product for another of equal value, up to a period of 21 days after the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods arrive safely back to us and must be in their original state, unused & undamaged. All exchanges will incur a fee to be negotiated at the time for re-postage and handling. We do not provide refunds for "change of mind".
